    Ryan is seriously amazing. I was dreaming of a taco bar for my wedding that was more high end, had a beautiful presentation and had plenty of vegan options. He created an amazing menu for us with an array of homemade fresh salsas and toppings. He even did vegan churros and chocolate that were so delicious. All of our guests are still raving about the food. Even months after the wedding, it is still the first thing they comment on. So many people said it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. I couldn't have hired a better caterer for our wedding. He was able to work with my budget as well and made it possible for all of our vendors to have a great meal. Thank you again, Ryan!

    Chef Ryan is definitely carving out a unique path. He is in tune with what is grown locally, utilizes as much of the food as possible, and has great wine pairings to complete the meal. Definitely should be a welcomed addition to any dinner party!!

    Such a wonderful evening! The food was delicious, full of flavor and unique combinations that were new to me and my party. Each dish that came out brought oohs and aahs! Chef Ryan talked about all the local ingredients he used which we all loved hearing about. From the appetizer with the amazing pineapple, tomato confit and shiso pesto to the stone fruit tart with the buttermilk ice cream, it was a feast for the tongue and senses. The wine pairings were terrific too and a great compliment to each dish.
